この作品は前作「Gravity」以来約2年9カ月ぶりとなるソロアルバムで、初回限定盤は13曲入りのCDと収録曲「Fame」のミュージックビデオやメイキング映像を収めたDVDの2枚組。通常盤はDVDシングルとしてリリースされた「SHOCK！」「SHOW ME UR MONSTER」「INTERACTIONAL」を含む3曲をボーナストラックとして収めた16曲入りとなっている。

本作品是距离上一部作品《Gravity》大约2年9个月的SOLO专辑。初回限定盘由两张盘组成，包括收录13首歌曲的CD和收录《Fame》MV以及制作视频的DVD。通常盘共收录16首歌曲，其中包含《SHOCK！》、《SHOW ME UR MONSTER》、《INTERACTIONAL》3首额外赠送的歌曲，这3首歌曲曾以DVD单曲的形式发行。

Dance Musicをベースに、メロウなバラードからハードなナンバーまでジャンルは多彩に、 より深みが増した全13首の選りすぐりの楽曲で構成されたアルバムです。
